Job summary

Payward Services, a partner company based in Spain, seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to streamline sales processes, manage complex client documentation, and support commercial teams across an international, fully remote environment.

You will coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Security, Product, Engineering and Sales to ensure timely responses, accurate CRM data, and insightful pipeline reporting for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, proposal management, or related commercial operations role.
• Experience in banking, fintech, financial services, cryptocurrency, or digital assets is highly desirable.
• Proven experience managing RFPs, DDQs, security questionnaires, and other complex proposals with multiple internal contributors.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Security, Product, Engineering, and commercial teams).
• Hands-on experience using CRM platforms to manage customer information, sales activities, and opportunity pipelines (Attio preferred; Salesforce/HubSpot transferable).
• Ability to develop basic reports and dashboards to support sales forecasting and business decisions.
• Excellent writing, editing, and document formatting skills; strong attention to accuracy and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RFP and Due Diligence processes from initial assessment through submission.
• Coordinate responses with internal specialists to meet security, technical, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and develop pipeline reports and dashboards for leadership reviews.
• Qualify incoming business leads and direct opportunities to appropriate sales channels.
• Oversee document preparation, editing, and formatting for client submissions.
• Coordinate internal prep for major client presentations and due diligence meetings.
