Sapira Partners is seeking senior software engineers to help build the engine that runs the back-office of the physical economy in Madrid. You will work on multi-agent orchestration, generative AI, RAG, document understanding, domain-adapted language models, deterministic workflow execution, evaluation, and experimentation.

Formación

• 5+ years shipping production software with AI/ML infra or distributed systems experience.
• BA/BS in computer science, math, sciences, or related degree.
• Proven ability to design, build, and ship production-ready software—ideally around AI/ML infra (batch processing pipelines, serving infra, LLM orchestration, agent frameworks).
• Strong coding skills in Python, Go, Java.
• Track record of owning large, ambiguous problems and delivering to production.
• Thrives in a customer-focused, cross-functional environment and is a team player.
• Proactive and positive attitude to lead, learn, troubleshoot, and own both small tasks and large features.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and improve AI/ML systems and data pipeline infrastructure, including LLM serving, routing, and agent orchestration at scale.
• Collaborate with other engineers focused on modeling and agentic capabilities.
• Build agentic systems that monitor, diagnose, debug, and maintain infrastructure health at scale across cloud deployments.
• Write robust, readable, maintainable code and set high standards for the team.
• Mentor junior engineers and raise engineering craft across the team.
