Parloa is seeking a Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end enterprise AI Agent deployments, connecting Parloa's platform with CRMs, ERPs and ticketing systems. You will shape the conversational layer using prompt engineering and LLM insights to translate requirements into reliable agent behavior.

You will own architecture, integration depth, and testing, collaborating with product, engineering and sales to deliver scalable solutions for global clients.

Formación

• 3+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with solution/system architecture experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Experience with complex SaaS implementations (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing, contact center platforms).
• Strong API literacy: REST/JSON/XML, API docs, authentication patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI Agent deployments connecting Parloa to enterprise systems.
• Build and configure integrations using APIs and integration platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers on complex integration scenarios beyond standard capabilities.
• Apply structured testing to validate architecture and AI agent performance.
• Identify blockers and work with Product, Solutions Eng. and Sales to drive delivery.
• Scope deployments with strategic architecture advice and client engagement.
• Translate customer workflows into structured conversational components for LLMS.
• Fine-tune conversational flows and prompts to align with brand standards.
• Document best practices and product capabilities for internal/external audiences.
