Workato is seeking a Senior Backend Developer (Ruby) to join our team. In this remote role, you'll work on Workbot, developing complex Ruby on Rails services for enterprise customers, including Slack.

We're looking for candidates with 5+ years of Rails experience, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of user experience. Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks and familiarity with Slack or MS Teams platforms are a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience developing, shipping and maintaining Rails applications.
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and design.
• Understanding of a good user experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build complex Ruby on Rails services within the Workato platform.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies.
