Titan OS, a Barcelona-based technology company, is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (Ruby on Rails) to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems powering our products.

You will collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams; ensure secure, reliable performance; and drive architecture decisions across services. Fluent English and a strong background in databases and cloud are essential.

Formación

• 7+ years of Backend Engineer experience on large-scale systems.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
• Strong SQL/NoSQL database design.
• Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Strong RESTful API design and integrations.
• Focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng preferred but not required.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.
• Build and maintain databases with secure data access.
• Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and product teams.
• Optimize performance and reliability of server-side code.
• Ensure backend security through best practices.
• Write clean, documented code following standards.
• Monitor production systems for availability and issues.
• Participate in code reviews and process improvements.
