Penspen is seeking a Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer based in Madrid, Spain, with substantial experience in design of rotating equipment for oil and gas projects. The role may involve assignments within Core Engineering or PMC teams and supervision of junior engineers.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, and ARAMCO experience is considered essential. There may be travel to Al Khafji, KSA, as part of the project scope.

Formación

• 12 years of experience in design of rotating equipment.
• 6 years within the field of Mechanical Engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• ARAMCO experience essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage assigned engineering tasks within Core Engineering or PMC teams.
• Supervise engineer-grade personnel and delegate activities as required.
• Based in Spain with potential international travel to projects.

Main Purpose Of The Role

The Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer may operate within the Core Engineering Team or PMC project team environment. They may have engineer grade personnel under his responsibility and will be tasked with their control and management and the delegation of activities to such support personnel. They may work under the supervision of a Lead Engineer in which case his responsibilities will be as delegated. The Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer may be in charge of any or all of the following tasks. The position is to be based in Spain, Europe.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

• 12 years of experience with Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer in Design.
• 6 years within the field of Mechanical Engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Must have Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• ARAMCO experience essential!
