Penspen is seeking a Senior Static Equipment Engineer to join the Madrid-based team on an 18-month contract, with potential travel to Al Khafji, KSA. The role requires leadership within Core Engineering or PMC projects and oversight of junior engineers. The candidate must have broad experience in oil and gas/petrochemical projects and ARAMCO familiarity.

The successful candidate will be based in Madrid, Spain, with the right to work in Spain and Europe. Negotiable salary depending on experience.

Formación

• 12 years of experience with Senior Static Equipment Engineer Design.
• 6 years within the field of Mechanical engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Must have Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• ARAMCO experience essential!

Responsabilidades

• Lead or be part of Core Engineering or PMC project teams.
• Manage engineers under supervision and delegate activities.
• Based in Spain with potential travel to Al Khafji, KSA.
• Ensure asset integrity and safety in static equipment design.

Main Purpose Of The Role

The Senior Static Equipment Engineer may operate within the Core Engineering Team or PMC project team environment. They may have engineer grade personnel under his responsibility and will be tasked with their control and management and the delegation of activities to such support personnel. They may work under the supervision of a Lead Engineer in which case his responsibilities will be as delegated. The Senior Static Equipment Engineer may be in charge of any or all of the following tasks. The position is to be based in Spain, Europe.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)
