Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales strategy, business operations, consulting, transformation or PMO roles.
• Strong PowerPoint storytelling skills for executive audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English with structured communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation for senior leadership forums and business reviews, shaping agendas and tracking actions.
• Maintain an up-to-date RevOps and Commercial Transformation project portfolio, surface progress and risks.
• Build analyses and business cases for strategic projects, delivering executive-ready materials.
• Mobilise project teams around topics, defining scope, workplans and milestones.
• Support cross-functional projects with PMO discipline, clarifying responsibilities and escalating issues early.
• Respond to changing priorities with timely, well-structured work and reliability.
