Job summary

Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance, combining insurance, prevention, and care. The Senior Revenue Operations role sits in the Sales Effectiveness team, spanning France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada, with a focus on optimizing sales processes and enabling data-driven decisions across our hybrid offices.

You will own end-to-end effectiveness initiatives, drive adoption, and work with low-code tools, AI, and Salesforce to ship scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in RevOps / Sales Ops / Sales Effectiveness.
• Proven ownership and ability to drive projects end-to-end.
• Builder mindset with hands-on approach to solutions.
• Strong change management, training, adoption measurement.
• Ability to write and own SQL queries (joins, data modelling).
• Experience with low-code tools and integrations to build scalable workflows.
• Experience configuring Salesforce (objects, fields, flows).
• Ability to build pipelines and derive actionable business insights.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate or work in Madrid/Barcelona or Paris-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Own effectiveness initiatives end-to-end—set roadmaps, design, build, and drive adoption.
• Spend time in the field to spot gaps in the sales process and design smarter workflows.
• Evaluate and roll out new tools and technologies; run tests and measure impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to ensure alignment and impact.
• Enablement: shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate until changes stick.
