Alan is hiring across France, Spain, Belgium and Canada. As a Senior Engineering Leader, you will shape architectural direction, build and scale the platform that powers Alan's prevention and care integration, and mentor a growing team.

You will stay hands-on with code reviews, define engineering excellence standards, and partner with product to align roadmaps. Location: Spain, hybrid or remote; 3+ years leading teams; English required.

Formación

• 3+ years leading engineering teams with a track record of building high performers.
• Partner with product functions as an equal to shape roadmap and commitments.
• Experience establishing engineering excellence standards and guiding architectural decisions.
• Experience with modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools.
• Recent hands-on code review and contribution are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering teams and shape the roadmap for Alan's platform.
• Own architecture decisions, quality standards, security practices and incident response.
• Build Alan-native software and replace generic SaaS with internal solutions and ROI justification.
• Grow the team through hiring, onboarding, feedback, and skill-mix planning.
• Drive technical direction and operational excellence across systems used by Alaners.
