Job summary

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Consultant in Madrid to join the Revenue Excellence team. You will gain hands-on experience delivering Salesforce-based solutions, working with clients to address complex business challenges and accelerate toward a Solution Architect role.

You will design end-to-end solutions, act as a subject matter expert, and contribute to scalable, business-driven outcomes using cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Sciences/Management Information Systems, Business, or similar is strongly preferred.
• Desire to learn modern cloud technology platforms used by global organisations.
• Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce ARM, CPQ, and Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required; experience with Office Suite is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to design and implement technology aligned with client objectives.
• Understand current processes and business goals to build cloud-based solutions.
• Build mock Proof of Concepts within cloud technologies for potential clients.
• Support requirements delivery and identify issues with actionable recommendations.

We are seeking a Consultant to join our Revenue Excellence team in Madrid.

As a Consultant, you will gain hands‑on experience delivering innovative solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, working closely with clients to address complex business challenges. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in Salesforce CRM and exposure to Revenue Cloud Advanced who is eager to accelerate their career towards becoming a Solution Architect.

You will have the opportunity to take increasing ownership of end‑to‑end solution design, act as a trusted subject matter expert, and play a key role in shaping scalable, business‑driven solutions for our clients.

The Role

• Collaborate with team members to design and implement technology that aligns with client business objectives.
• Understand current processes, pain points, and business objectives.
• Build mock Proof of Concepts within cloud technologies for potential clients.
• Support the implementation of requirements and delivery of solutions.
• Identify issues and structural problems and generate actionable recommendations using cloud technology implementation methodologies.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of client business needs, goals, and objectives.

You Have

• Degree in Computer Sciences/Management Information Systems, Business, or similar is strongly preferred
• Desire to learn modern cloud technology platforms that are being adopted by global organisations
• Familiarity with Salesforce ARM, CPQ, and the advanced capabilities provided through Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM)
• Strong knowledge ofthe Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• Previous knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, APEX programming, Docusign or Java programming is a plus
• Fluency in English is a must, any other spoken language is a plus
