Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to support and improve the organization’s networked infrastructure across on-prem and AWS environments.

You will design, implement and maintain ALS software solutions using Relativity and other industry tools, manage access for external stakeholders, and deliver weekly health reports while collaborating with IT leadership to advance government IT capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with litigation support applications (Relativity, iPro, Concordance, Trial Director, etc.).
• Experience with UNIX, Windows, and storage/network infrastructure.
• Experience designing and implementing ALS systems and related software.
• Ability to obtain a favorable Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ALS software solutions using COTS tools (Relativity, iPro, CaseMap).
• Maintain ALS infrastructure across on-prem and AWS.
• Manage external access and IAM for external stakeholders.
• Produce system diagrams, administrator guides, and end-user docs (semi-annually).
