Contact Government Services seeks a Relativity Sr. Systems Administrator to join our Legal/IT team. You will manage and optimize Relativity-based ALS environments, including on-premise infrastructure and AWS cloud components, ensuring security and performance for litigation support projects.

You will design, implement, and maintain system diagrams, conduct backups and maintenance, and provide stakeholder-ready reports on health and progress. Strong collaboration with IT leadership is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree (preferably in computer science or MIS) or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing systems like UNIX, Windows, and storage solutions in litigation support.
• Experience with Relativity, iPro, CaseMap or similar ALS tools and web hosting platforms.
• Must have worked on large, complex systems with diverse OS and functions.
• Experience setting up large-scale database management applications (DBMS).
• Must be able to obtain a favorable Public Trust clearance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement Automated Litigation Support (ALS) solutions using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, etc.
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) on-prem and in AWS.
• Manage external access and IAM for stakeholders (experts, US Attorneys, IRS collaborators).
• Perform backups, restores, updates, performance tuning, and monitoring.
