Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior Systems Administrator II to support a large Federal agency in a litigation support environment. The role emphasizes leading a technical team, archiving Relativity databases, and delivering robust, policy-compliant IT solutions.

The candidate should have hands-on Relativity experience, strong communication, and the ability to design end-to-end systems addressing attorneys' needs, with a focus on timely, high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including ARM creation and workflow optimization.
• Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
• 5+ years hands-on, actual work experience in relevant systems environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage archiving of Relativity databases and document workflow for destruction/deletion per policy.
• Lead and supervise project tasks; coordinate with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on system requirements.
• Design complete systems to meet requirements and provide training on systems developed.
• Produce system/technical documentation and deliverables; ensure timely completion and quality.
