Contact Government Services seeks a Relativity Senior Systems Administrator to join our team handling ALS deployments. The role spans on-prem and AWS infrastructure, user access management, and ongoing system maintenance to ensure reliable operation.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in litigation-support environments using Relativity, UNIX/Windows, and SQL Server 2012+, with strong documentation and reporting skills.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years hands-on experience in litigation support systems (UNIX, Windows, storage)
• Experience with Relativity and related ALS tools required
• Experience designing and deploying large-scale IT environments
• Proficiency with SQL Server 2012+ and database management
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement ALS software solutions using Relativity, iPro, CaseMap, and similar tools
• Maintain ALS infrastructure (storage, compute, network) across on-prem and AWS
• Manage external access and IAM for stakeholders
• Perform system maintenance (backups, restores, updates, monitoring)
• Produce system diagrams and administrator guides; keep docs updated semi-annually
• Provide weekly health and progress reports; collaborate with IT leadership
