Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to support a large federal agency’s IT initiatives. The role involves archiving Relativity databases, developing ARM workflows, and leading a technical team under the IT Manager.

A strong background in Relativity, system design, and communication with attorneys is required. Ideal candidates will have an undergraduate degree in computer science or information management and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including creation of ARM workflows.
• Ability to design and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
• Hands-on experience with the systems being used, typically 5+ years.
• Broad knowledge of government IT environments and office automation networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage archiving of Relativity databases and document workflows according to policy.
• Lead and supervise IT personnel to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on system requirements.
• Prepare system documentation and training materials.
