Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support a wide-ranging IT initiative for a large Federal agency. The role focuses on archiving Relativity databases, workflow development, and technical leadership within the Legal/IT department.

The candidate must have significant Relativity experience, including ARM workflows, five+ years of hands-on experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including ARM creation and workflows.
• Hands-on experience in actual system work, minimum five years.
• Broad knowledge of government IT environments and databases.
• Ability to lead a technical team and coordinate with attorneys' needs.

Responsibilities

• Archive/restore/move Relativity materials per policy.
• Develop and document workflow processes for archiving and deletion.
• Design systems to meet requirements from consultations with COR and attorneys.
• Prepare system documentation and provide user training.
