ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions in Madrid is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, maintenance and specialized white-collar roles within the aviation sector.

You will partner with Engineering, Maintenance and business leaders to attract top talent, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and drive talent strategies in a complex, dynamic environment. The role supports a hybrid work model with three days in the office.

Formación

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting technical and specialized white-collar talent, ideally in aviation/engineering.
• Ability to partner with Engineering and Maintenance stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering, maintenance, and specialized white-collar positions.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define hiring strategies and solve talent challenges.
• Source and attract highly skilled professionals across engineering, engine maintenance, and industrial functions.
• Provide market insights and consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Lead candidate experience initiatives and act as an ambassador of the employer brand.
• Support competency-based interviews, assessment centers, and selection panels.

We're looking for a Senior Recuiter to join a leading organization in the aviation sector, partnering closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and business leaders to attract top talent for critical technical and white-collar roles.

This is a highly visible, end-to-end recruitment role where you'll serve as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, driving talent strategies and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across a complex and dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering, maintenance, and specialized white-collar positions.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define hiring strategies and solve talent challenges.
• Source and attract highly skilled professionals across engineering, engine maintenance, and industrial functions.
• Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Lead candidate experience initiatives and act as an ambassador of the employer brand.
• Support competency-based interviews, assessment centers, and selection panels.

Required skills

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Strong experience recruiting technical and specialized white-collar talent, ideally within aviation, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, MRO, or related sectors.
• Ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Maintenance stakeholders and understand complex technical requirements.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and consultative influencing skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Microsoft 365, and recruitment analytics tools.

Work Model

Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the office
