Ares Management Corporation seeks a senior real estate professional to lead land acquisition, underwriting and leasing for Spain's Marq Logistics unit. You will manage budget delivery, investor relations and cross-functional collaboration with Asset Management and Finance.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in property development or investment, a relevant undergraduate degree, and deep knowledge of the Spanish industrial and logistics market. Fluency in English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Define land acquisition and control strategy for Spain market.

• Lead leasing and commercial negotiations; monitor deal performance.
• Coordinate with Investment & Asset Management and Finance on pipeline and reporting.
