Piche is expanding to Spain and seeking a local expert to identify, evaluate, and develop land opportunities along the Costa del Sol. You will assess regulations, land use, and development potential, and prepare scenarios from apartments to mixed-use concepts.

The role requires a degree in Architecture or Urban Planning and fluency in Spanish (English preferred). You will interact with municipalities, brokers, lawyers and engineers and may receive a performance bonus linked to acquisitions.

Formación

• Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning or related field.
• Experience with Spanish urban planning and land development.
• Practical experience with PGOU, planning due diligence, licensing and municipal communication.
• Commercial mindset, strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Fluent Spanish; good English strongly preferred.
