Qualifications

• 20+ years of senior rail infrastructure experience.
• Experience across full lifecycle: planning, design, construction, testing, commissioning, operations and maintenance.
• Experience defining maintenance strategy and OPEX models for rail systems.
• International project experience across markets and teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads infrastructure strategy and technical review from concept to commissioning.
• Acts as technical authority and shadow operator for rail programs.
• Represents infrastructure operations and maintenance in design decisions.
• Directs maintenance concepts, rules, and OPEX models for track, systems, stations.
• Reviews designs for constructability, maintainability and lifecycle cost.
• Leads value engineering across subsystems (civil, track, energy, signalling).
• Coordinates multi-disciplinary teams across international programs.
• Mentors engineering staff and trains partners on maintenance standards.
• Represents discipline to clients and aligns standards with global counterparts.
