Job summary
IDOM in Madrid seeks a Requirements Expert to join Rail & Transit projects across Madrid, Bilbao or Barcelona. You will lead RM activities, ensure design standards alignment, and liaise with teams and subcontractors while developing the RM database and driving process improvements.
You bring a degree in Civil/Industrial/Systems Engineering or Mathematics, at least 2 years on large infra projects, and fluent English.
Qualifications
- Fluent English (B2/C1) in speech and writing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical thinking and report writing abilities.
- Experience with DOORS, JAMA or similar tools.
- Experience on large infrastructure projects is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the production of Verification and Validation Matrices (VVMs) for design assurance.
- Ensure requirements management aligns with project standards and contracts.
- Report to and liaise with teams and subcontractors on RM processes.
- Develop, configure and manage the RM database.
- Drive innovation in the requirements management approach.
- Track and report on RM performance regularly.
- Support other disciplines with DOORS or similar tools.
