Job summary

AECOM is seeking a skilled Civil Infrastructure PM/DM to lead the Rail design team within a global consultancy. The role requires steering multidisciplinary design processes, coordinating offices, and delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions from planning through execution.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in civil infrastructure with a Rail focus, strong leadership and communication abilities, and PMP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• +10 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects, Rail focus.
• PM/DM experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for civil infrastructure projects, focusing on Rail from planning to execution and closure.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and collaborate across EC offices for multicentre projects.
• Oversee design stages from concept to final delivery, monitor timelines and specifications, identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Manage design budgets and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and project success.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and present regular reports to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with procedures.
