AECOM is seeking a skilled Civil Infrastructure PM/DM to lead our Rail design team in Madrid, coordinating multidisciplinary professionals to deliver high-quality rail infrastructure solutions. You will oversee the design process from planning through execution and closure, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of PM/DM experience in civil infrastructure projects, especially rail, and demonstrates strong leadership

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• +10 years of experience in civil infrastructure PM/DM roles, rail focus.
• Strong leadership and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
