N26 is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer in Barcelona to help build the testing infrastructure for a complex microservices platform. You will create internal tools and frameworks that enable developers to ship high-quality code quickly, while embedding quality gates into our CI/CD pipelines.

You will mentor teammates, define scalable quality standards, and collaborate across DevOps, SRE and development teams to improve testability and reliability.

Formación

• Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.
• Strong programming fundamentals in Java, Kotlin, TypeScript or Python.
• Experience testing in microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Hands-on GitOps/DevOps with ArgoCD or GitHub Actions.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Build tools and frameworks to streamline testing across microservices.
• Integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Advise on testability and ensure platform scales with growth.
• Define and promote company-wide quality processes and automation.
• Mentor engineers and advocate for a Quality First mindset.
