Six, a leading European exchange group, is seeking an experienced Testing Lead to drive testing strategy in our Clearing IT team in Madrid. You will define, implement, and lead testing standards for projects and change requests to deliver high-quality, compliant software in a collaborative international setting.

Fluency in English is mandatory, Spanish preferred. You will coordinate a QA team, manage defects in JIRA, and work across locations to align testing activities with milestones and

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on test management in medium to large projects.
• Experience leading test management across multiple releases.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate a team of more than six testers.
• Strong JIRA proficiency and defect management discipline.
• Fluency in English (Spanish preferred).
