Colliers International Deutschland Holding GmbH in Madrid is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to help shape a world-class QA strategy for our new Technology Hub. You will work in a hybrid model (remote & onsite) with significant autonomy to innovate, influence, and drive high-quality enterprise software across global real estate platforms.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in a QA or software testing role with a strong automation background.
• Experience testing modern web apps using React, Typescript and .NET.
• Hands-on experience with frontend and end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman or Cypress) and automated API tests.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar).
• Agile Development experience (Scrum/Kanban) including story estimation and reviews.
• Experience in distributed or remote teams and tools like Jira, GitHub, Miro, Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with test case management, performance testing and secure development practices.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the creation of a reusable automation testing framework for frontend, backend and API layers.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites across frontend, backend and API layers (Cypress, Playwright, Postman).
• Embed automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and establish fast feedback loops.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure code is testable, scalable, and maintainable.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers and drive quality culture across teams.
• Define and adhere to coding standards, documentation, and software lifecycle best practices.
