NN Digital Hub in Madrid is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead automation efforts, set testing standards, and collaborate across engineering teams to raise product quality in our digital platforms.

You will define frameworks, drive adoption of best practices, and coach QA engineers while partnering with stakeholders to improve overall testing maturity and organizational culture.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in QA Automation / Test Engineering.
• Proven experience in setting up standards and frameworks across multiple teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define, implement, and continuously improve test automation frameworks and standards across C&D.
• Actively engage with teams to identify testing needs, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Proactively drive adoption of QA best practices and the NN QA Maturity Model.
• Design and implement automated tests across TEST and ACC environments.
• Build and promote reusable solutions and test automation patterns.
• Investigate recurring issues and initiate structural improvements.
• Monitor and improve collaboration and processes across TEST and Acceptance environments.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing within the Engineering Guild and Test Circle.
• Act as a coach and sparring partner for QA engineers and development teams.
• Take ownership of improving quality—not only technically, but also organizationally and culturally.
