TechBiz Global GmbH in Madrid is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join a client team on-site. You will own quality across the development lifecycle, build testing strategy, and define the automation framework from the ground up.

You will perform hands-on manual and exploratory testing of web apps and integrations, drive regression testing, and establish quality metrics to improve release readiness. English fluency is required.

Formación

• Experience as the first or sole QA engineer and building a QA function from scratch.
• Experience testing complex third‑party integrations (REST/SOAP APIs or similar).
• Experience shipping test automation from zero, not just maintaining an existing framework.
• Strong manual and exploratory testing across web apps and API/integration testing, including edge cases.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end bug triage and reproduce issues across logs and API calls.
• Define testing strategy, standards, workflows, and documentation from ground up.
• Design and implement an automation framework for UI, API and regression suites.
• Grow automated coverage for high-risk flows without slowing delivery.
• Embed QA thinking across development lifecycle and track quality metrics.
