Colliers is seeking a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer for our newly established Technology Hub in Madrid. This hybrid role combines remote and onsite work, with influence over platform architecture, cloud-native solutions, and automation to empower our engineering teams.

You will champion container technologies, multi-cloud deployments on GCP and Azure, and scalable IaC practices. The position offers fast-paced learning, collaboration with global teams, and opportunities to shape processes,

Formación

5-8+ years in DevOps/platform/cloud engineering.
Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and multi-cloud (GCP/Azure).
Hands-on with Terraform and IaC.
Experience in distributed systems and security/compliance.
Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience and remote teamwork.

Responsabilidades

Architect and maintain Kubernetes platforms (AKS, GKE) for scale and global reliability.
Own container lifecycle: pipelines, registries, scanning and runtime policies.
Lead IaC initiatives with Terraform/OpenTofu across clouds.
Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native workloads.
Implement GitOps practices and advanced deployment strategies.
Build self-service tools to empower engineering teams.
Define security standards for containers and collaborate with InfoSec.
Govern observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor).
Collaborate with global teams to align platform roadmaps.
