Verisure in Madrid is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join the Marketing & Sales team, responsible for quality across a strategic project with three development squads. You will lead QA strategies, foster cross-squad knowledge sharing, and align tools and processes with the QA discipline.

A strong focus on AI-driven test automation and AI-assisted test case generation is required. The role reports to the QA Lead and is part of a broader marketing domain, with a hybrid work model in Madrid.

Formación

• Master/B.A. in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications.
• English B2.
• 5 years' experience in QA, coordinating across multiple squads.
• 8 years' experience in testing.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools applied to testing.
• Experience with AI-driven test automation and AI-assisted test use cases.
• Experience with testing plugins in Jira/Confluence.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies/SDLC, Shift Left.

Responsabilidades

• Own QA quality for a strategic project across three development squads.
• Promote cross-squad knowledge sharing among QA engineers.
• Align tools and processes with QA discipline in the company.
• Co-lead the QA strategy and implementation in each squad.
• Collaborate with Service/Maintenance and developers to drive bugs to zero.
• Drive continuous improvement and AI adoption in QA.
• Improve testing processes and implement end-to-end scenarios.
