Job summary
Verisure in Alicante is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to strengthen quality practices within the IT Sales, Alliances & Marketing BP. You will design and maintain automated testing solutions, working with Product Owners, developers and infrastructure in a Scrum environment to ensure quality from requirements through release.
The role covers UI and API testing, BDD, CI/CD, performance testing, and exploring AI-enabled approaches like Copilot to boost efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years hands‑on QA automation experience.
- Strong UI automation and API testing experience.
- Experience with BDD, CI/CD, and performance testing.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages (JavaScript/Java/Ruby/Python).
- Experience in Agile environments with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain and improve automated testing solutions.
- Define and execute testing strategies across functional, regression, API and non‑functional testing.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and developers to embed quality by design.
- Scale test automation and explore AI-enabled approaches to improve efficiency.
