zooplus is seeking a QA Engineer to define and promote AI-powered QA practices across the SDLC. You will pilot new AI tools, develop best practices, and drive adoption within a multinational engineering organization.

This role blends quality assurance with AI enablement, requiring collaboration with development, product, and platform teams. Hybrid work with 60% office and 40% home, plus opportunities for international travel.

Formación

• Strong foundation in Quality Assurance principles and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to QA.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
• Excellent communication to document and train engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Research and pilot AI-powered QA tools and techniques.
• Develop best practices and frameworks for AI-enabled QA.
• Create training materials to empower engineers on AI QA.
• Collaborate with development, product, and platform teams to embed AI QA in CI/CD workflows.
• Define metrics to measure AI adoption impact on QA efficiency and product quality.
• Advocate for AI in QA and drive continuous improvement.
