Job summary

Infatica.io is a global provider of proxy and DaaS solutions. We're seeking a hands-on Senior QA Engineer to work across our web/SaaS product and our data/AI platform, blending manual testing with automation and quality engineering practices.

You will test APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and live scraping workflows, develop test cases, write automated tests in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript, and contribute to CI/CD with Docker and observability tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA / Quality Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on manual testing of complex web and SaaS products.
• Test automation experience in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of API testing, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD and Docker.
• Experience with observability tools like Grafana/Jaeger/OpenTelemetry.
• Performance testing experience.
• Comfort with logs, metrics, and production incidents.

Responsibilities

• Product Testing: Conduct functional, integration, regression, and smoke testing of web products.
• Test APIs, integrations, and microservice interactions.
• Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and regression suites.
• Write and maintain automated tests in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Integrate automated checks into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers on implementation quality.
• Data, Scraping & AI Product Testing: Test scraping processes, data pipelines, and distributed services in live environments.
• Test retries, rate limits, partial failures, degradation of external sources, and process recovery.
• Perform load and performance testing of critical services.
• Contribute to automated quality gates and quality metrics.
• Apply AI tools for test generation, log analysis, edge‑case discovery, and regression automation.
