TEAM International Services is seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer / QA Automation Engineer to own automated testing strategies for complex, AI-powered applications. You will validate APIs, frontend, backend, and end-to-end workflows.

Collaborate with software and AI engineers, ensuring reliability and performance against SLAs. Design and maintain robust test suites using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress, and contribute to QA best practices in an international environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional QA / Test Engineering experience with a focus on automation.
• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Experience with API testing, integration testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with performance and load testing.
• Fluent professional English; able to work in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement automated testing strategies across frontend applications, APIs, backend services, and data flows.
• Develop and maintain robust automated test suites using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Design verification approaches for AI and LLM-based systems, including prompts, model outputs, and hallucination rates.
• Test end-to-end AI workflows and automated actions according to business logic.
• Perform API, system integration, regression, and performance testing before production releases.
• Validate performance against agreed SLAs and business requirements.
• Identify defects, create detailed bug reports, investigate failures, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with developers and AI engineers to reproduce issues and drive fixes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards and automation frameworks.
