Zusammenfassung

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Lead QA Engineer (AI Native) to own the testing strategy for a high-reliability product largely written by AI agents. You will design and build the end-to-end testing pipeline, define quality coverage, and own product reliability in collaboration with engineers and DevOps.

This is an individual contributor role in a flat team, with remote work and a strong emphasis on automation, AI-driven testing, and proactive quality leadership in a global, remote setting.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience building and owning testing processes in large, complex products with high reliability requirements (QA Architect, senior QA/SDET, or senior testing lead).
• Strong engineering background: system architecture, backend services, CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Hands-on test automation experience and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Daily use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar) as a core part of work and AI-first development interest.
• High autonomy and ownership: able to take loosely defined problems and drive to completion.
• Willingness to be a hands-on individual contributor in a small senior team.
• Fluent Russian.

Aufgaben

• Design and build the end-to-end testing pipeline for a product largely written by AI agents, including pre-merge checks and nightly runs.
• Define the quality strategy for AI-generated code and determine required coverage and sustainability.
• Own product reliability from a technical perspective, with focus on critical financial flows.
• Collaborate with engineers and DevOps to embed quality into development, balancing speed and safety.
• Use AI agents daily to create, maintain and evolve tests and tooling.
• Drive quality initiatives and share best practices with the team.
