ADP is hiring a Senior Manager Software Development to lead one or more Global Payroll Convergence Development teams in an Agile environment. You will coordinate with Product Management, Integrations Architects and DevOps to deliver on the roadmap while maintaining code quality.

You will mentor teams, drive technical decisions to avoid debt, and use GenAI coding agents to accelerate delivery. Strong communication across geographies and a can-do mindset are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years proven management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across global teams.
• Experience with GenAI tools like Copilot or AmazonQ.
• Experience in Change management; implementing new technologies and integration methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead agile development teams and ensure alignment with product roadmap.
• Develop and oversee multiple Global Payroll Convergence Development teams.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Integrations Architects and DevOps.
• Monitor KPIs for code quality, innovation, agility, automation, security, and resiliency.
• Present and defend team approaches to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
