Indero is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager II to lead the operational management of investigative sites and oversee clinical trial deliverables. You will coordinate CRA activities, ensure adherence to SOPs and ICH/GCP guidelines, and develop action plans to address site performance concerns.

You will mentor CRAs and junior staff, manage risk, budgets, timelines, and contribute to study plans and monitoring activities across multiple trials in dermatology.

• Identifies site quality issues and develops corrective action plans.
• Drives training and mentoring for CRAs and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational management of clinical investigative sites and deliverables.
• Coordinate CRA activities and oversee site performance monitoring.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation and monitoring plans.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and study plans; support business development.
• Coordinate meetings with sponsor, investigators, and internal teams.
