Indero (formerly Innovaderm) is seeking a Director of Business Development to spearhead sales and marketing for the CRO Business Unit. This role involves managing key accounts, soliciting new business, and representing Indero at industry events.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, showcasing outstanding leadership and organizational skills. This is a permanent full-time position with a flexible work schedule and opportunities for ongoing professional development.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and/or CRO industry.
• Confident, innovative, insightful professional with scientific knowledge.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate sales and marketing activities for the CRO Business Unit.
• Manage key accounts and solicit new business opportunities.
• Develop strategies for revenue growth in Europe and the Middle East.
