Lear For You in Spain seeks an Engineering Product Leader to oversee EPL projects from award through production. You will lead the EPL team, ensure milestones, and coordinate with the PCE to deliver on customer commitments.

Key duties include managing budgets and risks, driving performance reviews, and mentoring engineers for career growth. A degree in electronics, telecommunications or industrial engineering and strong English are required.

Formación

• Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or Industrial Engineering.
• Technical and management experience required.
• High level English required.

Responsabilidades

• Program Execution: ensure product completeness and milestone delivery.
• Customer ownership: maintain regular engagement with customer stakeholders.
• Risk & Escalation Management: track risks and lead resolutions.
• Program Budget and Financial Management: manage budgets and profitability.
• Reporting & Governance: lead status reviews and KPI monitoring.
• Leadership & Talent Management: coach EPL team and plan succession.
