EAG (Empresarios Agrupados - GHESA) is seeking an experienced EPC Lead Planner & Scheduler to join the Projects Division in Madrid. The role focuses on developing and maintaining Level 2 and 3 project schedules across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning, with client interaction and weekly/monthly reports.

You will monitor subcontractors, manage resources, and lead the planning team. English must be advanced; BI tools knowledge is a plus.

Formación

  • 10 years in project planning and scheduling, with 5 years in EPC projects.
  • Experience in complex industrial projects is required.
  • Proficient with Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Responsabilidades

  • Prepare and update Level 2/3 schedules for EPC phases and client reporting.
  • Monitor and control subcontractors for Engineering, Procurement, Erection and Commissioning.
  • Develop progress curves and detailed schedules for claims and variations.
  • Lead the planning team and coordinate with top management and clients.
  • Prepare documentation and schedules for reporting and forecasting.

We are seeking an experienced EPC Lead Planner & Scheduler to join our EPC Projects Division at EAG.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in complex engineering projects and grow within a dynamic department.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and update project schedules (Level 2 and 3) for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning phases, including client interaction and preparation of weekly/monthly reports.
  • Monitor and control subcontractors responsible for Engineering, Procurement, Erection, and Commissioning.
  • Review, monitor, and prepare project schedule summaries, including: Engineering Master Document List (MDL), Procurement Schedule, Expediting Report, S-Curves, Progress & Invoice Weekly and Monthly Reports.
  • Report directly to top management and the client.
  • Manage resources across all project phases.
  • Develop project progress curves based on resources and quantities.
  • Prepare supporting documentation and detailed schedules for potential claims.
  • Create detailed construction and commissioning schedules based on performance and quantities.
  • Prepare project quantity curves.
  • Lead and manage the planning team assigned to the project.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 10 years in project planning and schedulling, and 5 years of proven experience in EPC project, planning and scheduling. Experience in complex industrial projects.
  • Proficient in Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Project. Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
  • Desired: Experience in project risk analysis.
  • Desired: Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
