Lear Corporation in Valls, Spain, seeks a Program Manager to lead multiple automotive electronics programs. You will coordinate global cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality and purchasing to meet scope, timing, cost and quality targets.

The role requires a technical Bachelor's degree, 5 years of project management experience, fluent English and Spanish, and a proactive attitude. German is a plus; MBA or electronics master studies are welcome.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical subject is required.
• MBA or electronic master's studies are a plus.
• Experience in automotive field, preferably in electronics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross functional teams to plan and flawlessly execute programs which exceeds both customer and internal expectations.
• Take responsibility of the program to ensure it is delivered on time, within budget, within approved profitability and to required quality standards.
• Plan and execute all activities in accordance with milestones defined by the customer.
• Manage product changes with Engineering and Sales, balancing flexibility and cost.
• Lead to achieve yearly CTO targets in your program.
• Identify risks and take corrective actions, escalating when needed.
