Lear Corporation seeks an Engineering Product Leader for Projects on Awarded Products or RFQs, reporting to the PCE Customer Group Leader. Lead development, launch and production, ensuring milestones and commitments are met.

You will own the customer relationship, manage budgets, monitor KPIs and risk, and coach the EPL team to drive performance and professional growth. Requires a degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or Industrial Engineering and a high level of English.

Formación

• Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or Industrial Engineering.
• Technical and management experience.
• High level of English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Program Execution: ensure product completeness and manage milestones.
• Customer ownership: maintain the customer relationship and engage stakeholders.
• Risk & Escalation Management: act as first escalation level and lead resolution.
• Program Budget and Financial Management: manage budgets and profitability.
• Reporting & Governance: ensure timely reporting and monitor KPIs.
• Leadership & Talent Management: coach EPL team and support career development.
