Job summary

Fundraise Up, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) product direction.

You will turn ambiguous areas into focused bets, driving discovery through launch and adoption, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, and QA. You will work in a Russian-speaking team with English at C1 level, shaping a roadmap for DIY fundraising such as birthdays, memorials, events, and national programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in a software product company.
• Track record of taking new product or expansion from ambiguous problem through launch and measurable results.
• Experience working with business customers, Sales, and Customer Success, including enterprise requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the P2P product thesis and a sequenced roadmap.
• Lead discovery with nonprofit fundraising teams, fundraisers, event operators, and internal teams.
• Decide which capabilities are shared across P2P scenarios and where data models differ.
