Fundraise Up, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Product Manager for In-Person Giving to shape the next phase of connected fundraising experiences.

You’ll own the product thesis, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams to improve gala and ticketing workflows, while aligning with a Russian-speaking team and a broader global GTM strategy. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, and QA to ensure clear requirements, edge cases, and robust post-launch

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in a software product company with end-to-end ownership of a B2B SaaS product area.
• Ability to take new product ideas or expansions from ambiguous problems to launch with measurable results.
• Experience collaborating with business customers, Sales, and CSM on enterprise requirements and commitments.
• Strong judgment to narrow scope using customer evidence and data to explain what not to build.
• Experience with transactional, multi-actor workflows involving permissions, money, and data relationships.
• Clear written communication across product direction, metrics, and decisions.
• Fluent Russian and English (C1) written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Own the In-Person Giving product thesis and a sequenced roadmap citing customer research and market evidence.
• Drive discovery with nonprofit teams, event operators, finance, volunteers, donors, and GTM partners.
• Own delivery end-to-end with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, and QA; define requirements and acceptance criteria.
