Job summary

Openbank, the digital bank of Santander Group, is seeking a Senior Product Manager based in Madrid to lead the Openbank mobile app for Individuals. You will guide a cross-functional squad with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Risk and Compliance to deliver impactful, measurable outcomes and a customer-centric mobile experience.

You will shape strategy, drive discovery and prioritisation, and ensure value delivery in a fast-paced, regulated fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management with mobile-first consumer products from discovery through launch and optimisation.
• Experience leading a cross-functional squad in a complex, product-led organisation.
• Banking/fintech or regulated digital environment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap and prioritisation of the Openbank app experience.
• Lead one cross-functional squad, aligning Engineering, Design, Data and business partners around outcomes.
• Define and own product metrics across activation, engagement, conversion, retention and satisfaction.
• Lead continuous discovery using product data, user feedback and experiments.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear hypotheses, MVPs and success criteria.
• Monitor performance after launch and iterate based on evidence.
