Sarmad is seeking a Product Leader to drive Thamar, the digital investment platform for the Saudi financial sector. You will shape strategy, own the roadmap, and balance user experience with commercial outcomes across onboarding, portfolio, cash management, and reporting.

Applicants should have SaaS product leadership experience, business-fluent English, and be comfortable working within +/- 3 hours of Cairo time; Arabic language skills are a plus. Hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
• Experience owning product strategy and roadmap for SaaS platforms.
• Track record of leading product launches and measuring post‑launch performance.
• Experience with digital investment platforms, asset management, or wealth operations.
• Experience working with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Business‑fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in Agile product development is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead the evolution of Thamar, the digital investment platform.
• Define product strategy for the platform and its future development.
• Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on business goals and client needs.
• Translate market, client, and regulatory requirements into product capabilities.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, designers, engineers, and implementation teams to deliver across onboarding, portfolio, cash, servicing, reporting, and integrations.
• Drive products from concept to launch balancing commercial objectives, UX, and technical excellence.
