Job summary

Easor, a financial management platform, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Advisor Experience in Spain. You will lead a stream-aligned team, partnering with designers and engineers to simplify accounting workflows for professionals and their clients.

You will set the roadmap, define KPIs, and push AI-enabled improvements to reduce manual work and increase margins for accounting offices. English and Spanish fluency required.

Qualifications

• Independent operator who owns product areas end-to-end.
• Evidence-driven decision making with data or tests.
• Focus on profitability and customer P&L impact.
• Passion for streamlined workflows and automation.
• Collaborates across teams and with accounting offices.
• Knowledge of accounting workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product strategy and roadmap for Advisor Experience with leadership.
• Own discovery and delivery for medium-to-long-term goals.
• Collaborate with accountants to identify margin leaks and improvements.
• Establish KPIs and track value drivers for advisor solutions.
• Redesign workflows around AI to reduce manual work.
• Partner with designers and engineers in a cross-functional squad.
