Job summary

Salt is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a platform that underpins risk decisioning across products. You’ll own the end-to-end journey from vision to adoption, coordinating a cross-functional team of engineers, ML specialists, and risk experts.

You’ll design scalable decisioning capabilities, translate complex risk and regulatory requirements into reusable services and APIs, and measure impact on revenue and customer outcomes, while operating remotely within the EU.

Qualifications

• Experience owning risk/eligibility products end-to-end.
• Ability to translate regulatory and risk requirements into services and APIs.
• Comfortable in a regulated, fast-moving environment.
