TEAM International Services is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive the next generation of digital platforms. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic design direction with active delivery across product squads—from discovery through prototyping, UI/UX design and implementation support.

You will own the customer experience vision, lead multi-squad design efforts, evolve design systems, and champion accessibility in a regulated environment while collaborating closely with Product,

Formación

• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design for complex digital products/services.
• Experience as a Senior/Lead Product Designer across multiple squads.

Responsabilidades

• Own and communicate the end-to-end product and customer experience vision across platforms.
• Lead discovery, problem framing, journeys, prototypes, validation and implementation support.
• Establish a research practice with interviews, usability testing, surveys and journey mapping.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and data teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Govern design systems and ensure consistency between components and production code.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design across web and mobile products.
